Second-year students of a group of musical theater actors in the Ferghana regional branch of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture held a master class with the honored mentor of the youth of Uzbekistan Munavvara Abdullaeva. Students showed some scenes from dialogues, monologues, studies and various performances. During the master class, the youth mentor Munavvara Abdullaeva observed the achievements and shortcomings of the students and gave them necessary professional advice.

Professor, head of the stage speech department of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture, Makhsuma Khadjimetova, conducted a master class with second-year students on subject “Stage Speech”. Experienced expert explained students to speak smoothly and fluently, gave advice on the secrets of charm and hatred in simple words, explaining that words or phrases can be different in meaning. Students received necessary information during the master classes.
The event “Initiation to students” was organized at the Kokand Music and Drama Theater under the motto “My native Uzbekistan, prosper forever.”
The event was attended by students of the Ferghana regional branch of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, professors, teachers, mentors and parents of students. First-year students of musical theater, director of musical theater, actors of puppet theater, singing and dancing, folklore and ethnography, library and informational activities presented their performances to the audience. Then the awarding ceremony of each group took place. Honored mentor of the youth of Uzbekistan Munavvara Abdullaeva, Rafikjon Akhmedov, member of the Association of Composers of Uzbekistan, holder of the “Shuhrat” medal and the order of “Fidocorona Hizmatlari Uchun”, Jurakhon Pulatov, honored artist and comedian of Uzbekistan, Azizkhon Akhmedov, director of the Kokand theater musical drama Deputy Director for Educational Work, Head of the Department of Theater Arts and Folk Art Umidakhon Boltabaeva and Specialized Mentor Ravshanzhon Dekhkanov congratulated parents and students who were accepted on a budgetary basis with diplomas. During the event, parents and mentors made speeches. At the end of the event, all 1st year students gave a student oath. Today’s art and music event shared everyone a festive mood.
Creative students studying at the Ferghana regional branch of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan are enthusiastic about Uzbek classical maqom and pop songs. Particular attention is paid to maqom songs. With the help of tutors and educators, they skillfully study many classical masterpieces such as Shashmakom, Buzruk, Rost, Navo, Dugo, Sego, Iraq, a unique masterpiece of Uzbek folk art. In the Ferghana regional branch of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, a meeting was held with the head of the 4th Combat Fire Directorate of the Kokand City, Mayor Nabiyev Anvar Khakimjonovich.
During the meeting, Mayor Anvarjon Nabiev called everyone to be vigilant and not to leave household electrical appliances, heating and electrical appliances (mainly gas cylinders) in the house and workplace without control. There were given examples of fatal consequences and even deaths in several apartments of the city. After all, such a tragedy can cause serious damage not only to our property and home, but also to our health. We must always teach our children and students to be vigilant.

Director of the Ferghana regional branch of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, associate professor Shamsiddin Usmanov met with the teachers of the branch, as well as musicians and accompanists and gave them a number of tasks: timely conduct of practical classes in accordance with the approved schedule for the 2019-2020 academic year, regular updating of normative documents, group magazines, active preparation for annual activities, selection of the most talented, comprehensive first-year and second-year students in the field of dance, folklore and ethnography and the need for their preparation for many city, regional and republican competitions. At the end of the meeting, it was suggested that it was advisable to organize additional extracurricular activities, as well as to draw up plans for independent work with each creative student.
