Duties of Deputy Director for Research and Innovation:

Organize the implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, resolutions of the Upper House and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;
Organization of educational, scientific, financial and spiritual-educational work and training of qualified personnel in accordance with state educational standards;
Ensuring that all deans and heads of departments, heads of departments and teachers are fully aware of the content of knowledge and the set of requirements for the level of training in accordance with state educational standards;
Organize the implementation of orders, directives and instructions of higher authorities, decisions of the Council of the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbek State Medical Institute on issues related to research and international relations, and the director’s orders;
A scientific approach to the study of development trends in the education system of advanced countries, the implementation of the tasks set out in the Law “On Education”, the “National Training Program” and other laws related to education and developing tools and ensuring their implementation;
Preparation of proposals and organization of work in the field of activity;
Coordinating, organizing and supervising the work of departments and deans, which provide the process of scientific work and international relations;
Organization of scientific conferences, methodological council and pedagogical skills of the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbek State Medical Institute, supervision of scientific work, generalization and control of best practices;
The process of preparation and publication of materials of scientific works, including journals and collections of scientific works by the staff of the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbek State Medical Institute and all educational and scientific activities of the Fergana regional branch of the Uzbek State Medical Institute provide general guidance on replenishment of the library fund with scientific periodicals in their areas;
Management and assistance in the process of search, selection and work with talented young people, training of prestigious scholarship recipients of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ibn Sino, Navoi, Zulfiya and others among the demand and trainee researchers;
Organize and monitor the recruitment process
Take action against employees who violate executive discipline, prepare proposals for termination of contracts with them;
Preparation of proposals for the establishment of faculties and departments in cooperation with related higher education institutions of foreign countries in order to improve the content of education, to ensure the training of specialists in accordance with international requirements;
Liaise with foreign higher education institutions, organize and monitor conferences, symposia, seminars on higher education
Carry out scientific and international relations work in the prescribed manner to improve the activities of the branch;
The process of preparation and publication of materials of scientific works, including journals and collections of scientific works by the staff of the branch, as well as the library fund with educational-methodical and scientific periodicals in all areas of educational and scientific activity of the institution provide general guidance on replenishment;
Coordinating the planning, organization and conduct of scientific, practical conferences and ensuring the participation of professors and staff of the institution in scientific conferences held in other organizations and enterprises, promoting the formation of branch scientific schools, to promote any effective scientific activity;
Ensuring the training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff in the branch through the development of master’s, trainee-researcher or senior research staff, and facilitating the timely acquisition of academic degrees and the establishment of specialized councils;
Managing and assisting the process of searching, selecting and working with talented young people;
Participate in the formation and approval of the theme and content of the research part of foreign grants in cooperation with the international department, implementation of all research, projects and grants, monitoring of scientific conferences, preparation and submission of all necessary reports for higher organizations
Management of the process of training the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from among interns, Ibn Sino, Navoi, Zulfiya and other prestigious scholarship winners from students;
Creation of the necessary material and technical base for the development of scientific activity in the branch, management and coordination of the process of providing and distribution of appropriate scientific equipment;
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 1999 No 12 “On measures to strengthen the executive discipline” to comply with the rules and regulations, the Charter of the Institute, internal regulations, decisions of the Council, orders of the director and the normative and legal acts of the education system, as well as its official duties.
