The Fergana Regional Branch of the State Institute of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan operates under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-3218 dated August 16, 2017, attracting prominent figures in the field of art and culture. To highly appreciate and encourage the activities of workers in the sphere of art and culture, on October 30, 2018, a scientific council was held in which the title of Honored Professor was awarded. The event was attended by members of the scientific council, faculty, guests and students of the branch. The title of the honored man of the day “The Republic of Uzbekistan and the Shukhrat medal, a member of the association of composers Rafikjon Akhmedov. The ceremony was held by the academician of the Academy of Sciences Turon M.Hadzhaev.
